This is an announcement for the contemplated asset sale auction process of Oltchim.
On behalf of Oltchim S.A. (Romania), in reoganisation under the Law 85/2006, represented by its judicial administrator, Rominsolv SPRL and BDO Business Restructuring SPRL (“Judicial Administrator”), we would like to announce that any interested investor is invited to submit their intent letter until 30 June 2018 and, subsequently, non-binding offers until 31 July 2018, for the following assets:
